is seeking a

Purchasing / Procurement Executive

to join their dynamic team:

Purchasing/ Procurement Executive

Location:

Kaki Bukit

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8am to 12pm

Salary Package:

Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and procure industrial components and equipment from international supply chains and digital sourcing platforms.

Actively compare vendor pricing, product specifications, and supplier reliability to secure the best possible value and cost savings.

Review product quality and specifications to ensure all procured items comply with requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, minimize production lead times, and streamline logistics/shipping timelines.

Monitor market trends, track raw material shifts, and identify alternative component alternatives to support project timelines.

Job Requirements:

Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Minimum Diploma in any Engineering-related background would be preferred.

Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
