We are looking for a senior Data Analyst with 15-20 years of experience in data analytics, data-driven business solutions and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with data in a Retail or Consumer Goods & Products (CGP) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
Translate business requirements into data analytics and reporting solutions .
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.
Perform data validation, quality checks and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with technology, data engineering and business teams on data-related initiatives.
Support data-driven transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders and business teams.
Required Skills & Experience
15-20 years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis.
Mandatory domain experience: Retail or Consumer Goods & Products (CGP) .
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, visualization and data interpretation.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:
GCP (Google Cloud Platform) , or
Microsoft Azure
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in large enterprise environments and handling complex data requirements.
