Job Description

AI Engineer –

Role Overview:

Lead the design, fine-tuning, and production deployment of scalable AI/ML models, Generative AI applications, and enterprise MLOps pipelines to power mission-critical business solutions.

Essential Skill Set:

Generative AI & LLMs:

Advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, Model Fine-Tuning, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant)

Machine Learning & Deep Learning:

PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, NLP, Computer Vision, Transformers

MLOps & Infrastructure:

MLflow, Kubeflow, Model Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, Model Monitoring/Observability

Software Engineering & Cloud:

Python (Advanced), FastAPI/REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Leadership & Strategy:

Architectural design, technical leadership, cross-functional project delivery
