Supply Chain Planner

to to oversee supply and replenishment planning.

about the job

Supply & Inventory Planning:

Execute supply plans to balance customer demand with inventory optimisation. Review supplier lead times, demand forecasts, and current inventory to dictate replenishment needs.

Inventory Health:

Manage inventory health to actively prevent stock shortages, as well as obsolete or excess stock.

Replenishment & Supplier Coordination:

Create replenishment plans to guarantee material availability. Work with suppliers to track lead times, identify supply risks, and minimise disruptions.

S&OP Participation:

Join Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to share data-driven insights on capacity requirements and supply constraints.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key supply chain KPIs, investigate root causes of delays, and implement corrective actions. Prepare dashboards for management review.

Cross-Functional Teamwork:

Work alongside Procurement, Production, Commercial, and Order Management teams to ensure smooth customer fulfilment. Support process improvement and digitisation projects.

skills and experience required

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Min. 3-5 years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning or related supply chain functions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP S/4HANA.
