BMS Project Engineer

What you will do

Acts as on‑site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegates tasks to fully complete projects. Coordinates communication with customers throughout all phases. Coordinates the work of subcontractors.

How you will do it

Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.

Develop project implementation methodology.

Plan and oversee work schedule for multiple small to medium scale projects.

Identify potential risks and recommend resolutions.

Establish effective communication with customers.

Track and update progress, task, and project health to supervisors.

Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

Perform regular quality audit for all suppliers and sub‑contractors.

Identify and secure variation orders.

Cost control – track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitments per KPI.

Manage reports and documents.

Work closely with Sales team for tender bidding.

Supervise sub‑contractors’ work on site.

Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials in a timely manner.

Work with drawings and submission as per project requirement.

Assign tasks to, and supervise, Assistant Project Engineer or Technician if any.

Implement system applications, drafting, database generation and commissioning.

Follow up on payment from customers and verify payment to suppliers.

Train customer and provide first‑year maintenance warranty schedule visit.

Hand over project to customer and later to service team.

Perform other related works as assigned by your superior.

What we look for

Degree with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in BMS project.

Proficiency in Excel, Word and Project.

Ability to interact with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Will work odd hours as required to meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn new things.
