Job Description

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out commissioning and testing third-party security products and systems.

Responsibilities

Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address and other Security & Communication systems;

Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions

Complete all assigned jobs on time and meet customers’ specifications.

Provide support to the Project Team on the implementation of new projects

Attend and carry out rectification works at the site

Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hours

Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support

Provide support to projects during the DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer, Electronics/Electrical/IT Engineering/Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering/Higher NITEC applicants, will also be considered;

With at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field;

A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure;

Positive attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiative;
