Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Implement projects to ensure service delivery covering design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning of platform operations applications.

Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.

Ensure compliance with the Authority’s Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8 and IT Policies.

Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications (e.g., APIMG, ServiceNow, etc).

Manage platform operations system architecture for new and existing applications.

Serve as the main infrastructure point‑of‑contact for platform operations applications.

Work with the SR/OS Team on infrastructure matters impacting platform operations applications.

Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews, endorse hardening standards, PT and VAST remediation for platform operations applications.

Maintain a sound understanding of the platform operations application’s environment.
