How your work day looks like:
Provide prompt and efficient maintenance and repair services for the property
Perform preventive / corrective maintenance checks for all building services
Ensure the timely completion of services and repairs to mechanical and electrical equipment
Maintain interior and exterior of buildings, furniture, fixtures, etc
Check stock level of engineering materials and maintain appropriate spare parts and material stock to ensure parts are sufficient for repair works
Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
Ad-hoc duties or projects that may be assigned by supevisor
What it takes to succeed:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NTC 3 / NiTEC / Higher NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Building and Facilities) or equivalent.
Minimun 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
Skills knowledge of Mechnical & Electrical systems including troubleshoot and repair methods
Pro-active attitude and service oriented
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Able to work shift hours, weekend & PH
