Senior MBIST & ATE Memory Bring-Up Engineer

Job Description

UST is seeking an experienced MBIST/ATE test engineer in Singapore to lead memory test development and bring-up from pre-silicon to post-silicon validation. You will work with industry MBIST/DFT tools and contribute to debug, test pattern development, and yield improvements across design, ATE and manufacturing teams.

The role requires strong problem-solving, independence in a fast-paced environment, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.
