Package Platform Data & Dashboard Intern

Job Description

The student, as part of the Package Concept development team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will generate a database and develop a dashboard for the different package platform. Scope: Data input will be New Product Requirements, and data output will be a dashboard comparison between the New Package Requirements and Qualified/Productive Package/Product as references. Note: Data output is not limited to 1x Qualified/Productive product.

Your Role

Requirements Analysis: Understand Key Package Requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI), including Technology, Bill of Materials (BoM), Package Design Features, Assembly Site, Electrical specs, and Cost.

Strategic Simplification: Enable fast and timely strategic thinking by simplifying large and complex data sets according to Key Package requirements.

Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from the IFX Database.

Database Generation: Generate a customizable database based on pre-defined package requirements (Technology, BoM, Design Features, Assembly Site, Electrical, Cost).

Dashboard Development: Generate a dashboard comparing NPI Requirements vs. Qualified Product (from Database) by attributes.

Your Profile

Education: Pursuing a career in Engineering, especially in Electronics, Materials, Chemical, or Data Analytics.

Semiconductor Knowledge: Basic understanding of semiconductor Process, Material, and Technology.

Technical Exposure: Knowledgeable in AI, Digitalisation, and Computer programming languages (preferred).

Work Ethic: Self‑motivated, organized, and able to handle tasks independently.

Preferred Intake: Jan 27 – May/June 27.
