Job Description
Monitor and maintain the organisation's security systems and protocols.
Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement solutions to address them.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with the Technology team to integrate security measures into systems and processes.
Respond promptly to security incidents and manage their resolution effectively.
Provide technical support and guidance on security-related issues to internal teams.
Stay updated on emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures.
Document and maintain records of security policies, procedures, and incidents.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Information Security (Security Engineer) should have:
Relevant qualifications in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Practical experience with security tools and technologies.
Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
