Experience

Minimum 7 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.

Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation andcustomisation.

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, andAura Components.

Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CDpipelines.

Working knowledge of Salesforce data tools: Data Loader, Data ImportWizard, or similar ETL tools.

Unit test code development experience

Code review and quality improvements experience.

TechnicalSkills
