Job Title: Java Developer – Quadient Inspire

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, experience working with Spring Boot-based applications, and exposure to Kafka streaming. Experience with Quadient Inspire will be highly preferred. Knowledge of ReactJS and Kubernetes will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications.

Develop and enhance Spring Boot-based microservices and REST APIs.

Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka streaming.

Work with Quadient Inspire for document composition and customer communication management (preferred).

Collaborate with frontend teams (ReactJS) to integrate UI components with backend services.

Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes (desirable).

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and CI/CD processes.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java development.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with Kafka streaming.

Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

Good understanding of relational databases and messaging systems.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.

Experience with ReactJS frontend development.

Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
