Technical Sales Coordinator

Engineering Industry

5 days (Monday - Friday)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500

Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via email, telephone and messaging platforms, and coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements.

Prepare service, technical and spare parts quotations, including pricing, availability and lead times.

Follow up on quotations, Purchase Orders and order status to ensure timely processing and fulfilment.

Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Field Service and internal teams on customer requirements and service arrangements.

Check spare parts availability and coordinate delivery schedules to support service and urgent machine recovery needs.

Follow up on service reports, delivery acknowledgements and other sales-related documentation.

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, spare parts and delivery schedules.

Provide sales coordination and administrative support while progressively developing technical knowledge of clean factory automation products and services.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.

Relevant experience in sales coordination, sales support, technical support or a related engineering environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
