Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a critical, client-facing role for individuals with a strong technical background who thrive on continuous learning and are deeply curious about real-world systems. Responsibilities

Deep Customer Embedding: Act as a trusted technical advisor, often working side-by-side with client teams. You'll deeply understand their unique constraints, data architectures, and operational challenges, effectively acting as an extension of their team.

System Design & Implementation: Design and build robust, full-stack AI systems, custom data pipelines, and seamless API integrations. Transform raw AI models into production-ready, high-value applications that drive tangible business outcomes.

AI Deployment & Optimization: Ensure the flawless function of our AI agents upon and after deployment. This involves continuous troubleshooting, refining, and tuning models to meet specific client requirements and performance benchmarks.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as the ultimate line of defense for complex, high-stakes production issues and outages, providing rapid and effective resolution.

Feedback Loop Acceleration: Collect invaluable field insights and technical challenges from customer implementations, feeding them back to our internal product, research, and engineering teams to continuously improve future model capabilities and product offerings.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Seamlessly bridge the domains of software engineering, data science, and customer-facing consulting. You'll leverage strong communication skills to align intricate technical solutions with overarching business goals.

Requirements

Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of AI/Machine Learning frameworks, robust data infrastructure design, and advanced API development. Experience with digital twin platforms or IoT integrations is a significant plus.

Essential Soft Skills: Proven high-level problem-solving abilities, exceptional project management capabilities, and strong adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic client environments.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
