HBM Component Validation Engineer — Silicon & Debug

Job Description

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an HBM Component Validation Engineer to coordinate silicon prep, validate equipment, and ensure product readiness. You will debug failures, implement fixes, and collaborate with DV/QA teams on customer returns, while training and guiding new engineers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in related engineering with hardware and software balance, strong Linux/Python/C/C++, Verilog and UVM skills, and solid teamwork and communication abilities.
