Job Summary

Plan and execute long-term business growth and market expansion strategies in logistics and supply chain. Lead sales teams to achieve revenue goals by researching industry trends, developing sales strategies, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

Plan and set long-term business growth and market expansion goals to drive company success

Forecast sales and develop strategic plans to meet revenue and gross operating income (GOI) targets

Research industry trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to secure client engagements

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support sustained business growth

Lead and manage sales teams to achieve performance objectives and foster collaboration

Apply hands-on logistics expertise and leverage modern technology to optimize operations

Utilize digital tools to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

10-15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Experience managing sales teams

Knowledge of digital tools and technology applications in logistics operations
