Learning & Development Design Associate

Job Description

Talentsis in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist with a focus on Learning & Development to design and implement an organisation-wide L&D framework. You will assess staff development needs, engage Divisional Heads, and map a training road map aligned with business goals.

You will monitor staff skills, performance, and productivity, arrange external training, manage budgets, and maintain training records. Strong communication, confidentiality, and independence are essential.
