Structured Product Advisor M/F

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Structured Products Specialist to join our Advisory Solutions team.

This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives in a client-centric, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering tailored investment solutions across equity-linked and fixed income structured products.

Key Responsibilities: Structure, price, and execute a comprehensive range of equity-linked and fixed income structured products, ensuring solutions are aligned with client objectives and current market trends.

Partner closely with relationship managers, sales teams, trading desks, and clients to identify opportunities and deliver bespoke investment strategies.

Analyze market developments to originate and present innovative investment ideas.

Prepare and deliver product presentations, term sheets, payoff analyses, and risk scenario assessments for internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee the full lifecycle management of structured products, including monitoring, hedging, and proactive client servicing.

Develop, enhance and maintain pricing tools, templates, and automation processes using VBA and Excel macros.

Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and robust product governance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and risk management, to ensure seamless product delivery and risk mitigation.

Service and perform trade-related tasks (margin checks, trade input, etc.) for Direct Access Clients and External Asset Managers (EAMs).

Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Assume any other tasks as assigned.
