Job Overview
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for the logistical and administrative support within the department and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives and in compliance with Human Resources best practices and statutory requirements
The Role
Logistical and Administrative Support
Verify and process petty cash and expenses claims related to Human Resources
Prepare monthly report for benefits administration
Coordinator and schedule interview sessions
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of colleagues
Draft and disseminate information to colleagues, including daily commitment to excellence
Administer monthly training hours
Register and facilitate internal and external course registration
Prepare monthly training calendar
Colleagues Rewards and Recognition
Plan and execute yearly colleagues' activities including annual dinner and dance and general staff session
Collate and compile general feedbacks
Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues' facilities including lockers and changing room, colleagues' cafeteria and colleagues' shuttle bus
Update notice board and ACE platform on a timely basis
Talent Profile
Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications
Prior experience in administration, human resources or learning & development functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Employment Act
Knowledge in Timesoft
