About the role
The Architectural Coordinator (Structural) assists the PM/PE in planning and executing structural and architectural works, leading site coordination with all trades and liaising with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Assist PM/PE to plan and execute structural and architectural works
Lead site coordination with all trades
Liaise with RTO for inspection
Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, and MOS
Check shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors
Ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings
Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
Procurement and monitoring of architectural related materials
Carry out inspection, trade demo, material testing, and mock-up
Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree of Architecture or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trade
Must know how to read Structural Drawings
