Order Processing & Logistic Admin ($2800) #HJO

Job Responsibilities

Accurately process and enter customer orders into the system, including relevant product and order specifications.

Verify order information against supporting documents and clarify incomplete or inconsistent details before processing.

Support daily order fulfilment activities and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive orders.

Identify and rectify order entry errors promptly to minimise downstream processing and delivery issues.

Maintain accurate order records, documentation and operational trackers.

Receive incoming parcels and verify contents against relevant order, delivery or collection records.

Sort, label and organise incoming stock, frames and operational items for easy identification and retrieval.

Prepare completed orders and outgoing parcels for collection and delivery.

Check completed jobs for accuracy and completeness before packing.

Support general stock movements, shelving, restocking and organisation of operational items.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe receiving and packing area.

Ensure activities are performed according to established SOPs, quality and safety requirements.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team as required.

Requirements

GCE N/O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, ITE Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.

1–2 years of relevant experience in Order Processing, Operations Administration, Logistics, Warehouse or Customer Operations will be advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling order information and data entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Order Management Systems will be advantageous.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Adaptable, willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
