Role Overview

We are looking for a

Project Manager

to build strategic external partnerships, drive industry engagement, and manage business-focused programmes. This role prioritizes

business growth, stakeholder relationships, and alliance management

over technical/IT delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Engagement:

Design and execute external workshops, showcases, and forums to connect industry partners and build an engaged ecosystem.

Partnership Management:

Drive end-to-end partnership execution, aligning internal teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement) to draft, negotiate, and execute agreements (NDAs, collaboration contracts).

Governance & Operations:

Maintain partner contract repositories, manage institutional risk, and build frameworks to streamline partner onboarding.

Programme Delivery:

Track performance, measure outcomes, and turn ecosystem insights into new partnership opportunities.

Key Requirements

Experience:

5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, ecosystem building, or innovation programmes.

Focus:

Strong background in

business-facing project delivery

(not technical/software project management).

Domain:

Experience or strong interest in Health-tech, digital health, research, or public sector ecosystems.

Skills:

Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, contract navigation, and governance awareness.

Education:

Degree in Business, Innovation, Technology Management, or a related field.
