About the role
Responsible for purchasing, stock management, supplier coordination, and logistics. Handle customer enquiries and complaints, product updates, and support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
Forecast stock requirements and arrange stock replenishment when needed.
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Coordinate incoming goods and Goods Received Notes (GRN), and plan and arrange warehouse space for receiving.
Assist with deliveries and outgoing goods when required.
Handle customer complaints, coordinate with suppliers to resolve product quality issues, and provide customers with timely updates until the issues are fully resolved.
Conduct product updates and revamp when required.
Support other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Relevant experience in purchasing, planning, inventory, or logistics is preferred.
Must be able to speak Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with China suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly
Microsoft Excel .
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
