We are looking for an exceptional Senior Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer to join our founding team and help shape OpenCSG into a global category‑defining company.

What You'll Do

Design enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Translate customer pain points into architectures and roadmaps.

Represent OpenCSG at conferences, forums, and community events.

Support strategic sales opportunities globally.

Lead POCs and enterprise implementations.

Build demos, integrations, and prototypes.

Work closely with product and engineering teams.

What You'll Work On

What We're Looking For

Entrepreneurial DNA: startup experience, builder mentality, thrives in ambiguity.

Technical depth: strong understanding of AI/LLM ecosystems (PyTorch, Hugging Face, Transformers, RAG, fine‑tuning, Kubernetes, GPU infra).

Hands‑on ability: enjoys coding, prototyping, debugging.

Customer facing: can explain complex tech simply, build trust with executives and engineers.

Global mindset: excellent English, cross‑cultural comfort, willingness to travel.

Strong Plus: LangChain, LlamaIndex, open source communities, developer relations, AI startups, cloud platforms, sovereign AI initiatives.
