Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in the development and execution of electrical, control, and automation capabilities.
Define system architectures and technical standards for electromechanical platforms.
Oversee design, integration, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support product delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in
industrial automation, precision equipment, or related high‑technology industries .
Strong expertise in motion control modelling and control algorithms for ultra‑high‑speed and high‑accuracy applications.
Proficiency with analytical and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB, MathCAD), including experience with C/C++ programming for real‑time control and understanding of mechanical system integration.
