Full-stack Engineer (Platform)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and evolve our web platform that delivers AI-driven investment research to institutional users

Independently own features end to end - from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment

Develop and refine core platform capabilities across both frontend and backend

Translate product requirements and research workflows into robust, maintainable, and scalable systems

Work closely with FDE teams to integrate AI agents and research workflows into the platform

Continuously improve the platform's performance, reliability, and user experience as the product iterates

Requirements

Strong full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of shipping web applications independently

Ability to take a feature from idea to production with minimal supervision

Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API design

Proficiency in modern web frameworks and backend languages (e.g., React/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or similar)

Strong engineering fundamentals: data modeling, performance optimization, and code quality

Strong interest in AI agents, LLMs, and AI-native products

Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building complex, data-intensive, or professional workflow products

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or agent workflows

Background in fintech, investment research, or financial data products

Experience in technology startup or high-growth environments
