Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Manufacturing / Electronics Engineer

to support product engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers and manufacturing process development within an electronics manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introduction, production readiness, quality compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage projects for complete assembled products, including timelines, resources and production readiness.

Lead

New Product Introduction (NPI)

and product transfer activities from development through mass production.

Support manufacturing and product engineering activities, ensuring products meet quality, cost and production requirements.

Coordinate

Engineering Change Notices (ECN)

and manage product/process changes effectively.

Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D and other departments to resolve manufacturing and product-related issues.

Prepare, review and maintain product and manufacturing documentation, including First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans and manufacturing records.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality and production reliability.

Ensure manufacturing processes and documentation comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Support ISO 13485 and FDA-related requirements where applicable.

Monitor project progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion and successful production launch.

Requirements

Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing. Candidates with 3+ years of strong relevant experience may also be considered.

Proven experience in

NPI, product transfer and manufacturing process development .

Experience in ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and production issue resolution.

Experience with CAPA and manufacturing quality processes.

Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements will be an advantage.
