Job Summary

You will design, implement, and deploy advanced deep learning models for NLP tasks, build foundation models on proprietary data, develop in-house AI capabilities including MLOps pipelines, and work on generative AI solutions to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and deploy deep learning models to solve specific problems such as semantic search

Develop foundation AI models using proprietary datasets to enhance company capabilities

Build and maintain MLOps pipelines to support scalable AI model deployment and monitoring

Analyze and resolve diverse data science and engineering challenges to improve AI solutions

Develop and implement generative AI solutions including Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Multi-Channel Processing (MCP)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field

Demonstrated motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies

Prior technical and practical knowledge in machine learning or AI applications
