Business Development Assistant / Manager AI & Technology Solutions

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in AI, software and technology solutions .

Build relationships with corporate clients, technology companies, AI developers and business partners.

Understand clients' business needs and introduce suitable AI and technology solutions.

Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.

Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.

Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closing.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Identify opportunities for account expansion and repeat business.

Keep up to date with developments in AI, software, cloud computing and AI Agents .

Work closely with management and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

Represent the company at business meetings, networking events and industry activities.

Support business development activities in Singapore and other APAC markets.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field .

Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or technology solutions is preferred.

Candidates with experience in AI, software, IT infrastructure, cloud, data center or technical solutions will have an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated.

Able to understand customer needs and communicate technology solutions clearly.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Good command of English Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.

Willingness to travel within Singapore and APAC when required.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in AI and technology are welcome to apply for the Assistant level.
