What You'll Do

Monitor plant performance and minimize downtime

Plan manpower schedules and duty rosters

Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions

Support plant improvement and maintenance projects

Manage vendors and contractors for cost-effective services

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and audits

Support inventory management and plant testing activities

What We're Looking For

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field

2-3 years of E&I maintenance experience in a chemical plant is an advantage

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
