Job Description

Oversee the ordering, receipt, issuance, and return of hardware spare parts in support of EUC (End-User Computing) operations

Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing hardware components

Maintain accurate records in the spare parts or project tracking system

Ensure data integrity and timely updates

Handle all admin paperwork related to parts delivery and returns

Support in handling quotations

Ensure proper filing and compliance with audit standards

Support basic technical assessment and handling of EUC hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, and related components)

Assist in hardware troubleshooting and repair activities, including part replacements where required

Coordinate with project teams on scheduling, follow-ups, and parts availability to support repair timelines

Assist in reporting, tracking of hardware spare parts usage, and inventory movement

Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proactive and organized approach to managing assets and documentatio

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Attention to detail and adherence to corporate communication standards

Meticulous and organized with a high level of attention to detail.

Strong record-keeping and data accuracy skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in asset or store management is advantageous.
