Customer Success & Operations Coordinator

Job Description

DE PREZZO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused individual to handle customer service and coordinate orders, working in a fast-paced environment.

You will process orders via WhatsApp, email, and phone, liaise with warehouse and delivery teams, and prepare quotations, order confirmations, and invoices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English are required; additional languages are a plus. The role offers a competitive salary based on experience and a three-month probation.
