Etch Associate Engineer (Process)

We're searching for an Associate Engineer to be part of our Etch department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

To assist engineers to develop, sustain and improve process capability indices to meet operations goals

Perform shift duties to support the running of Production in the module and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production

Assist engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of processes for production

Trouble-shoot process related issues and minimize the time lots on hold

Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files

Monitor and improve on the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools

Assist in implementing process improvement projects

Maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation

Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the module

More About You:

Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Process Technology or equivalent preferred

Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply

Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system and electrical wiring system
