Technicians (Facilities Management)

Department

Facilities Management

Responsibilities

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints

Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control

Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors' work and documentation

Requirements

Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Those with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role

Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS and BAS

Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills

Shift work may be required

Candidates with WSQ qualifications are welcome to apply

Those without relevant experience but keen to pursue a career in Facilities Mgmt and/or ACMV may be eligible to pursue studies under company-sponsored ITE traineeship programme in 'Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services)'.
