Your Role as a Community Outreach Coordinator

As a charity ambassador, you will:

Represent and raise awareness for established charitable organizations

Engage the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations

Share the mission and impact of charitable causes

Build meaningful connections while creating positive public experiences

Encourage individuals to support causes they care about

Participate in charity campaigns, events, and community outreach activities

Develop your communication, leadership, confidence, and interpersonal skills

No Experience? No Problem.

You don’t need previous charity or sales experience to get started.

We provide structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and ongoing coaching to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.You’ll work alongside experienced team leaders who will support you throughout your journey — from your first day to your future career progression.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are:

18 and above

Able to communicate confidently in English

Passionate about making a positive difference

Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with the public

Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to learn and take feedback

Comfortable with outdoor and field‑based work

Positive, motivated, and able to work well in a team

Interested in developing leadership and professional skills

Fresh graduates, entry‑level candidates, and interns are welcome.

Job Details

Position: Community Outreach Coordinator

Location: Singapore — In Person

Work Location: 110 Robinson Road

Start Date: Immediate / Within 1–2 weeks

Income: $3,000 – $4,000 per month
