Job Summary

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals in industrial and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project proposals, investment justifications, and business cases to support strategic capital planning

Define project scope, cost, schedule, and risk parameters aligned with organizational objectives

Lead multidisciplinary teams including internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure project alignment and execution

Oversee engineering design (electrical, mechanical, process) to meet operational requirements and standards

Manage vendor contracts ensuring compliance with procurement policies and safety protocols

Track project milestones, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Administer change control processes, authorizing all scope changes to maintain project integrity

Conduct validation activities and prepare for audits and regulatory inspections to ensure compliance

Finalize technical closure and documentation to support project completion

Support maintenance setup including calibration plans and spare parts assessments for operational readiness

Drive productivity improvements and digital integration to enhance project delivery efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)

Proven experience managing project execution within industrial or regulated environments

Familiarity with project controls and EPCM contractor management

Knowledge of industrial standards, cost estimation, scheduling, and project management frameworks

Understanding of GMP, GEP, GDP, EHS, and local SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications
