The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of 66/230/400KV protection and control system projects, ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cash flow to ensure projects adhere to budget and timelines in collaboration with the Senior Engineer / Site Manager

Supervise all project lifecycle stages including design, testing, installation, and commissioning to ensure quality and compliance

Act as the primary liaison to coordinate communication and collaboration among clients, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to achieve on-time project delivery

Manage and maintain project documentation according to client specifications and standards

Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety standards throughout execution

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline

Three years of experience managing protection and control system projects. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines

Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated through proactive communication and coordination

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
