Job Role / Key Responsibilities

Provide relevant inputs for project reporting, progress tracking, and regular status updates.

Support the smooth transition of implemented infrastructure from the project implementation phase to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase.

Lead and oversee the deployment of structured cabling works across government sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.

Prepare, review, and maintain accurate and comprehensive patching records and project documentation.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, internal technical training, and post-incident reviews to strengthen team capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

ITE Certificate, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in networking, IT infrastructure, structured cabling, or infrastructure project delivery.

Experience in structured cabling deployment and project coordination, preferably for large-scale or government projects.
