Job Description

. Handle all end user IT support requests with professional manner

. Provide front line / end user / remote support in all IT related issues

. Support and maintain the servers, local area network, wide area network and wireless network including users' laptop, mobile configuration and printer setup.

. Maintain proper records and documentations (fixed assets and equipment inventory etc) of the IT related services

. Troubleshooting and diagnose of user IT incidents (for system software and hardware including printers system and door access system)

. Handle IT new user creation/deletion/modification requests

. Handle/ support / coordinate with regional IT, external vendor and 3rd party support. To check on system updates periodically. Provide solutions to user' issues.

. Align with HQ to maintain IT standard and compliance
