GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an experienced etch engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain advanced etch processes for cutting-edge semiconductor fabrication. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve non-uniformity, defectivity, and removal-rate stability while driving SOPs and process improvements.
