AI-Driven Physical Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Description

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer to perform electrical and physical failure analysis on device anomalies and qualification failures. You will apply advanced FA tools, analyze data with Bash/Python, and collaborate with process owners and product teams to implement improvements.

You will develop new FA techniques, drive continuous improvement, and uphold lab safety while maintaining 6S standards.
