Project Coordinator

Job Description: Project Coordinator (Renovation / Fit-Out) Department: Projects

Reports To: Project Manager / Director

Job Type: Full-Time

- Expected to understand the demands of a project schedule and react accordingly.

Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to support the execution of renovation and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion. The ideal candidate is organized, site-savvy, and comfortable managing schedules, sub-contractors, and basic cost/documentation work in parallel.

Key Responsibilities Project Scheduling & Coordination

Manage and update project schedules, including Notices to Sub-Contractors (NSC)

Track project milestones and flag schedule risks early

Site Management

Conduct pre-construction site surveys and document existing conditions

Assess site conditions during active phases of works and prioritize scope accordingly

Conduct post-construction site completion checks and close-out inspections

Sub-Contractor & Supplier Management

Manage and coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor sub-con work progress and quality against agreed scope

Cost & Documentation

Manage project AP/AR (accounts payable/receivable)

Handle basic project costing and Bill of Quantities (BQ) work

Prepare general project reports for internal and client-facing use

Requirements Prior experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or construction project coordination (all levels/experience/expertise welcome)

Basic proficiency in CAD and/or SketchUp (SKP)

Working knowledge of BQ/costing and basic AP/AR processes

Comfortable working on-site as well as with documentation/admin tasks

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sub-cons/suppliers concurrently

Good written and verbal communication for reporting

Nice to Have Familiarity with Singapore construction/fit-out industry norms and NSC processes

Prior experience coordinating with clients and consultants directly
