Handle all end user IT support requests with professional manner
Provide front line / end user / remote support in all IT related issues
Support and maintain the servers, local area network, wide area network and wireless network including users' laptop, mobile configuration and printer setup.
Maintain proper records and documentations (fixed assets and equipment inventory etc) of the IT related services
Troubleshooting and diagnose of user IT incidents (for system software and hardware including printers system and door access system)
Handle IT new user creation/deletion/modification requests
Handle/ support / coordinate with regional IT, external vendor and 3rd party support. To check on system updates periodically. Provide solutions to user' issues.
Align with HQ to maintain IT standard and compliance
