Job Description

FOCUS NETWORK AGENCIES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an administrative assistant to coordinate purchase orders and support the sales team in Singapore. The role involves preparing and managing POs for sea and air shipments, arranging import documents, updating stock status, and filing customs paperwork.

Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, hold at least GCE O Level, and be fluent in English and Mandarin.
