Job Description

Our client, an established manufacturing group serving customers in the electronics and technology industries

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive quality assurance and quality control activities across incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection

Ensure compliance to IPC-A-610 and other applicable workmanship and quality standards

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for internal and customer-reported non-conformances

Support internal and customer audits, and maintain quality documentation and records

Work with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in yield and defect reduction

Monitor supplier and process quality metrics, and report on quality KPIs

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of quality engineering experience in an electronics or precision manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of IPC-A-610 and quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent)

Experience with root cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, fishbone, etc.)

Good communication skills for cross-functional and customer-facing quality discussions
