About the Role

If you love sitting at the intersection of machine learning, systems engineering, and product, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

Own End-to-End Features: Go from raw model capabilities to structured, reliable user experiences.

Design Agent Workflows: Iterate on prompts, tools, memory systems, and orchestration.

Optimize & Scale: Debug across the full stack, optimizing for latency, cost, and high production reliability.

Build Eval Frameworks: Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance.

Qualifications

You have a strong foundation in ML architectures with hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying models.

You write clean, production-quality code and are comfortable moving across abstraction layers.

You have a strong bias toward shipping, rapid iteration, and thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

PyTorch / JAX

LLMs (OpenAI APIs, LLaMA, Qwen, etc.)

Inference/Serving (vLLM) & Vector DBs
