Qualifications & experience
Degree in Marketing or Business
Proven experience as an executive or in a similar role with at least 2 years of experience in a team environment
Preferably previous knowledge/experience in automotive
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
Familiarity with invoicing and financial documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Tasks & responsibilities
Product marketing with training and support
Communicate and build with different stakeholders, including overseas regional office, distributors, inter-departments, etc.) to manage product changes / launches and training for each product launch in the region.
Understand new product and its product positioning and target customers to set framework for each product training.
Identify products' key unique selling points to be communicated in regional product training
Communicate with Distributors to understand and be updated with latest and relevant training support needs.
Create training materials and arrange / host training experience for Distributors in the region.
Communicate and build consensus with different stakeholders
Product launch communication
Communicate and build with different stakeholders, including overseas regional office, distributors, inter-departments, etc.) to derive unified communication for each product launch in the region.
Create digital communication materials / creatives / tools for each product launch to implement by Distributors in the region
Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9am to 5:45pm
