Job Summary

Support the Project or Construction Manager by overseeing site activities, monitoring progress and compliance, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project or Construction Manager in resolving job site issues to maintain smooth operations

Participate in meetings and follow up on action items to address raised concerns effectively

Analyze project contract requirements and identify any deviations to ensure compliance

Monitor construction schedules and progress to keep projects on track

Detect defects, quality issues, and irregularities to uphold construction standards

Maintain accurate documentation of rectification works for quality assurance

Ensure all work complies with workplace safety and health regulations to promote a safe environment

Plan and organize daily and weekly manpower and resource allocation to optimize site productivity
