Job Description

Sinweb Manpower is seeking a proactive construction admin assistant to support the organization of construction drawings, material approvals, and government submissions. You will attend technical and progress meetings, prepare minutes, and help coordinate short-term programmes on site in Singapore.

You will assist in monitoring finishing work schedules, drafting notices, and compiling daily reports with the operation team.
